I think a lot of people are way too worried and paranoid about the future. Martial law?!? Civil War?!? Look, it’s not as bad as the media makes it seem. They magnify the negativity.
Do not give in to fear or hate.
Most people are sane and decent humans.
We live in one of the safest times and places to ever live in (arguably, I guess).
Every one of us reading this right now over a computer or phone lives like a king or queen compared to most people on earth. Your problems are not so bad when you realize this.
We live in one of the least racist cultures ever and we are becoming less and less racist all the time.
We live in one of the least sexist cultures ever and we are becoming less and less sexist all the time.
We live in one of the least oppressive cultures ever and it is becoming less and less oppressive all the time.
We live in one of the happiest, healthiest, most safe, most convenient, most free and equal cultures ever.
Most other times and places were/are hellish compared to this life we enjoy.
There’s no civil war looming in the near future.
Antifa are powerless and are going to just whither down to a few hardcore nutjobs making bombs in their basement and saying, “come the revolution” and they will die lonely and ashamed.
There are no neo-Nazi militias trying to take over.
Real racists will continue to dwindle as they have been ding for a long time.
People will continue to be less bigoted.
Things will, as they tend to do, just get better and better.
So do not give in to fear. Do not give in to hate.
